We recently received a bid request from an out of state construction company for approximately 200 ADA compliant signs for a new, large apartment complex. We were referred to them by another sign company. They were very specific about the color, shape and size of the complicated signs. As the picture shows, these weren’t your average signs as they required lots of custom cutting, custom engraving and raised letters with braille. We researched multiple sources to find the best material, color and price. Then we collaborated with our engraving department and laser department to determine the most cost-effective way to manufacture and assemble the complex product. Sourcing the correct material and integrating the manufacturing helped keep costs down to meet our customers need for an eye-catching sign at an affordable price.
Once they were complete we had the challenge to install the signs according to the ADA guidelines. Sign installation is never simple but our installation expert made it look easy. Finally, thanks to our marvelous employees we completed this project on an aggressive timeline.
We’re proud our new customer was so happy with American Marking that next year we’re expecting to make signs for four more complexes with over 1000 units.

American Marking Inc. completed the initial sign package installation by mid September. Park 88 was thrilled with the final product and installation.
